POLICIES

RESERVATION POLICY

FURRYTEL reserves the right to refuse service and admittance to any pet guest who lacks proof of vaccinations, displays signs of contagious health conditions, demonstrates aggressive behaviour or does not meet our health and temperament standards.

When making your reservations, you will be asked to make full payment to the room(s) in order to secure the booking. The booking will be auto cancelled after one (1) week from the invoice issuance date if no payment is being made. 

MINIMUM LENGTH OF STAY - on normal days, one (1) night minimum stay will be required. For Weekend/Peak/Holiday Periods, you may check with our team via WhatsApp or email.

EXTENDED STAY - If you need to extend the stay of your fur babies, a minimum of three (3) days' notice is required, and it is subject to room availability. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

For the non-peak season, Reservations must be cancelled at least five (5) days prior to arrival. Failure to cancel five (5) days prior to arrival will result in the forfeiture of the booking.

For peak season, Reservations must be cancelled at least seven (7) days prior to arrival. Failure to cancel seven (7) days prior to arrival will result in the forfeiture of the booking.

A partial refund will be provided if only part of the reservation can be rebooked. This applies to both non-peak and peak seasons.
